Seven-Day Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 7 days prior to check-in (local time). Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, and the full reservation amount will be charged. We encourage guests to review their travel plans carefully before booking.
No Harm, No Foul Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Our “no harm, no foul” policy means that guests will not be charged for minor, non-negligent issues or service disruptions that occur during their stay. Similarly, guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and services with care. Accidental damage or isolated issues that do not result from misuse or neglect will be addressed reasonably, without undue penalty.
Property and Experience Acknowledgment
All parties acknowledge that this property is a licensed, upscale short-term rental that includes non-medical wellness amenities designed to enhance the guest experience. These services are offered for relaxation and lifestyle enhancement and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.
By confirming a reservation, guests agree to this cancellation and use policy in full.
