These Website Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Luxury Tantra Experience website and the booking of any Experience offered by Executive Wellness Services, LLC, operating as Luxury Tantra Experience ("Provider," "we," "us"). By browsing this website, submitting an inquiry, or completing a booking, you ("Guest," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply prior to and at the time of booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to review and sign our separate Guest Agreement, Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver, which governs your stay in greater detail.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or proceed with a booking.

2. About the Luxury Tantra Experience
Luxury Tantra Experience offers a three-day, two-night private couples immersion at one of our exclusive properties in Napa Valley or Palm Desert. The Experience is self-directed: guests are free to explore the property and surrounding area at their own pace and to schedule included sessions — two deep tissue erotic massages, a couples yoga session, an erotic massage instruction class, and a couples tantra coaching session — whenever they choose.

Important: Our properties are licensed short-term rentals offering luxury, consent-based, non-medical wellness and tantra amenities. They are not resorts, spas, medical facilities, or licensed healthcare providers. All services are intended for relaxation, intimacy enhancement, and lifestyle enrichment only, and are not a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic care.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book an Experience or use this website to make a reservation.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking, including contact details and any relevant health disclosures.

Bookings are intended for individuals or couples, accommodating up to two couples at no additional cost, as described on our website.

All guests must be consenting adults who have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Luxury Tantra Experience.

4. Booking & Payment
Completing an online booking constitutes a request for reservation. A binding reservation is created once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

Full payment of the listed investment is due at the time of booking, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

We accept all major credit cards and standard electronic payment methods.

Prices, packages, and availability are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
This is a summary of our cancellation policy. The complete terms are set out in the Guest Agreement, Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver provided upon booking.

Cancellations made seven (7) or more days before check-in receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of check-in are non-refundable.

Guests who do not arrive and do not cancel in advance will be charged the full reservation amount.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

In cases of illness, emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances, Provider may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative accommodations, a credit toward a future Experience, or another reasonable remedy. Requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

6. Consent, Health & Assumption of Risk
Participation in tantra and wellness sessions — including erotic massage, couples yoga, massage instruction, and tantra coaching — is entirely voluntary and consent-based. All sessions are entered into with the full, informed, and mutual agreement of all guests involved.

By booking an Experience, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, in good general health, and that you are choosing to participate freely and without coercion. You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations to Brett Stephenson in advance of your sessions.

A complete assumption of risk, consent confirmation, and release of liability is set out in our Guest Agreement, Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver, which you will review and sign in connection with your reservation.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Luxury Tantra Experience name and branding — is the property of Executive Wellness Services, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Communications Consent
By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and other communications related to your reservation via email and text. You may also choose to receive occasional marketing communications about new offerings, seasonal availability, and updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by replying STOP to text messages.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Provider's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or your booking shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable reservation. Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies available under California law.
